Guests have full use of the entire three-storey residence, excluding the former servants´ quarters of the house at basement level.

We have set up the dining space so you can enjoy entertaining yourselves in our home, but would appreciate if you do not host parties or large gatherings.
The number of guests staying must equal the number you have specified to us when booking. There is a strict maximum of 5 guests.
Smoking is permitted outside in the garden area.
We have left a ‘Guide’ on how everything works in the house, with details of the security precautions we would appreciate you adhere to.
One of your hosts, Sally or Paul will always endeavour to meet you on arrival and help familiarise you with the facilities. In the rare situation that this is not possible, we will always advise you before you arrive the name and contact details of our house manager.
Please note that this is a three-storey Georgian house, with stairs linking all the floors, and the bedrooms on the 3rd floor, so is most likely not suitable if anyone in your party has mobility issues or for children under 6 years of age.
For the 5th guest, there is a single sofa bed option on level 2, where the rear reception room can be easily made up to provide a sumptuous bedroom for a single guest. Doors to the adjoining reception room can be closed over to offer the privacy of a large bedroom. (With this arrangement for a 5th guest , there are still 3 other reception rooms available including 2 living rooms).
