I'm originally from a farm in South Ebensburg, but have been a resident of Johnstown since 1982, when we bought the Emporium (Unique Gifts & Professional Crafts) which I ran & loved for many years. In 2016 I took an early retirement from my position as a vocational rehabilitation supervisor and re-opened the Emporium on a part time basis...because you can never have enough pottery! I live with school psychologist husband David and 2 very lazy cats. We love to travel to see our 2 wonderful daughters and their families (who live much too far away!) and also, when possible, to visit Scotland, Wales and Cornwall. In my spare time, I bake and garden, so I usually have a small baked treat to welcome you and if you're here in season, some flowers for your table. We live right next door if you need anything, but we definitely respect your privacy.
