This beautiful, newly renovated condo is the ideal place to unwind and enjoy everything downtown Breckenridge has to offer from the footsteps of your door. The 1550 sq ft space provides ample room for everyone to relax comfortably, whether in the kitchen, around the fireplace or on the deck.

Inside, the updated kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances has everything you need. Gather around the kitchen island or enjoy your meal at the 8-person dining room table. The open-concept living room boasts two large sofas, a fireplace and a 60” Smart TV. Watch TV, relax by the fire, or enjoy the amazing views from the private hot tub on the deck.

The upstairs provides a master bedroom equipped with a king size bed, a 40” Smart TV, and a second bedroom with a queen and twin bed and Smart TV.

For your convenience, the unit has its own washer and dryer and two dedicated parking spaces right outside the unit. The space has 100mb WiFi, a laptop-friendly workspace, and other essentials, making it a great choice for business travelers too.

Incredible views! You can walk to everything! Tons of great dining and shopping steps from the property. Very clean, very comfortable bed and lots of space too! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next year!

Very nice condo in a great location. Walk to many restaurants. Walk to grocery/liquor store and private parking. This condo is located above the Blue Moose breakfast/lunch restaurant but we never heard them. it is right on Main St. on the south side of downtown. You get some street noise but the location is hard to beat. Great view of the Ten Mile Range and happenings on Main St. Weekends can be louder but think the city will curb this in the future. If you are looking for a remote outpost this is not the one but hard to beat the location for access to most everything. We look forward to returning.

This is a tough review to write, because I’ve never given a negative review, and have always great experiences on Airbnb. I will begin with the pros of the condo. Location is great, on Main Street; easy to walk to anything you need (shopping/dining/grocery). Living area of the condo is fantastic, kitchen/bathrooms are updated; and you can sit in the hot tub and watch the sunset over the mountains. Beds are comfortable. Check in and communication with host was excellent. Now the downside; it is located right next to a night club that has a DJ bumping bass from 10pm until 2am. We called the police, but the police said they are limited to only writing tickets for the noise. They also told us this is a big problem and get several complaints EVERY NIGHT from other’s in the neighborhood. The only night we didn’t hear it was Wednesday. I even talked with the owner of Unit B, and he acknowledged that it has been a problem (he stays at his unit about 3 weeks out of the year, and rents it out the rest of the year). If you are ok with staying up until 2am, this won’t bother you. But if you are looking forward to getting a good night’s rest after a long day of mountain activities, this is last place you want to be. Because there’s no A/C in the unit (normal for Breck), you want to open the windows to keep the bedrooms cool at night, but you can’t because of the nightclub. And there’s no ceiling fan in the main bedroom. Herein lies the rabbit hole. I did open the windows each night after 2am. The listing states that it can be ‘lively and potential for noise’ because of the Main Street location. We have stayed in lively urban areas in SF, NYC, Chicago, and London so we know what to expect as far as street activity is concerned. But a nightclub with a DJ playing all night does not qualify as ‘city noise’, it is a nuisance. Enough about that, let’s address the condition of the property. The bathrooms are clean; but the place needs a complete overall scrub down. Walls are dirty, so are air vents. Carpet on the stairs is stained and filthy, definitely needs replaced. It is also important to note that neither of the bathrooms connects to a bedroom. One of the full bathrooms is on level 1, where there are no bedrooms. Not a big deal for us, but good to know. Finally, I must commend the hosts. They were extremely responsive to our complaints and never dodged a call or message. In fact, on the night they called the police about the noise, they actually showed up with the police to fight on our behalf. But the fact that we had to spend any time talking to police makes this property problematic.

If the noise level from the night club 100 feet away from the condo was not as bad as it was I would have given 5 stars. The condo was in outstanding condition, very clean, excellent distance from the heart of the town, and easy access to the blue river. The hot tub on the balcony was fun, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils / pots / pans. Fast Wifi and I mist admit I was jealous of the 4k TV in the living room. But once 10:00 pm rolled around, i hope you like the sound of disco bass from a night club. It went straight until 2:00am when the night club closes. The first night we got no sleep but the second night we bought a cheap fan from Walmart in Frisco and the fan drowned out the disco noise and we slept great. Piece of advice, prepare ahead of time your game plan for sleep if you are a light sleeper and staying on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday night. Other than the sleep issue the place was well maintained by the owners.
