The house is a 4 bedroom house with remodeled bathrooms and new carpets. We have a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances. Also a large backyard with a large pool great for BBQs. There are washer/dry in the house as well. As this is a residential street, there is ample street parking.
Well lit bedroom with ample window and closet space.
Bathroom: You will either have the completely remodeled hallway bathroom to yourself or be sharing with 1 other individual (aside from the occasional day guests), depending on whether the 3rd bedroom listed is occupied. Just something to keep in mind!
If you prefer having your own attached bathroom (remodeled last year), I do have a separate listing for the master bedroom. You are more than welcome to take a look.
Access to backyard, living room, laundry room, and the beautiful kitchen.

I may occasionally have my family's pup staying with me (max 2 wk/month). Roxy is an affectionate dog who is clean, sweet, and quiet. She does not have access to the hallway/bedroom side of the house where guests stay.

No smoking anywhere on the property. Please respect our home as if it were your own.
Water is precious on California's Central Coast, so please be mindful when taps are running. Thank you for helping us conserve!
We would truly appreciate if you could remember to turn off all lights and fans prior to leaving the house. To avoid excessive electricity and water charges, there is a limit of 1 load of laundry per week per room. In the event guests do not follow this rule, there will be additional charges through AirBnb.
Please avoid flushing anything other than toilet tissue.
Please be sure to secure all windows in your room prior to leaving the house. While we live in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, we also must do our part to avoid possible burglaries. If you have opened common area windows/doors, please be sure to close and lock them afterwards.
In the event a guest loses the keys provided them (front door, room key, etc...), there will be a $40 charge per lost key in order to replace the locks for security purposes. Thank you for being mindful!
No early arrivals. Please do not arrive on our property before check in time unless we have approved an early check in time in advance of your arrival. We can try to accommodate early and late check-in options, however sometimes this option is not available so check with us before booking if this is a deal breaker.
If you would like to have any overnight or day guests, please notify me at least 1 week prior to their arrival.
Cooking appliances within the kitchen are shared amenities. Food is not. Please be respectful of others property and space as that consideration will be afforded to you! Any misuse, damage or theft will be accounted for through the security deposit.
I do not allow guests to use this address as their house address. There are plenty of local mail services, please make arrangements for receiving your mail.
While checkout period is anytime before 11am, please notify me once you are ready to depart so we can do the formal room inspection and key return.
