This modern two bed apartment, is the ideal apartment for those looking to stay in the sea-side resort of Southport.

The two bed apartment can sleep up to 6 people and comprises of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom one has one double bed, and one single bed complimented by the crisp white Egyptian cotton bedding and luxury designer en suite Villroy & Bosch shower and w/c facilities.

The second bedroom also has one double bed and one single bed – with lots of cupboard space and full black out blinds to ensure you have that long lie in you’ve been longing for. There is a spacious family bathroom which is fully kitted out to the same specification as the beautiful en suite in the master bedroom – this bathroom has a large bath.

The light and airy open plan living space has a fabulous high spec kitchen, with sleek gloss cupboards and Corian work tops which you can see in the photographs – the kitchen is complimented by a washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, four ring hob, oven and all the kitchen utensils you need to rustle up your favourite meal. The living area boasts a black four seater French style dining room table ideal for entertaining your guests – in this room there is also a sofa and two arm chairs facing the large 49 inch plasma smart TV. Each room in the apartment is equipped with a flat screen smart TV’s where you can log in to your Netflix account or download your latest box set addiction. This apartment has its very own high speed Wi-Fi, with use of its own underground car park and makes for the most perfect luxury stay.

Parking - there is parking available at the property for a cost of £7.50 per day per space. We have use of a secure gates underground car park at the apartment block which you can rent a car space of us directly. We also have permits for on-street parking if this is something you would prefer. Please get in touch to arrange!

Bed Linen and Towels - This apartment, benefits from fantastic Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury Egyptian cotton towels which are provided for each guest during their stay at the apartment. All of our bedding is dry cleaned and freshly ironed.

Kitchen - We provide all necessary kitchen utensils to make sure you have the perfect stay. Access - There is a code for the apartment block. We will provide instructions of access are provided once the apartment once the apartment has been booked and 48 hours before check in.

Interaction with guests - Please note we use a guest app service, which will email you automatically asking you to sign our house rules as soon as you make a booking with us. 14 days before your booking, you will get a text & email prompting you to click on the link, which takes you to the mobile responsive website which has a map of where you are staying, directions to and from airport, train station etc . 48 hours before your stay you'll get another text & email which will tell you that your arrival details have been released which has all the access information to get into the property that you have booked for your stay. We will provide an emergency telephone number for emergencies during your stay. Please note we do not have a concierge service on site, so we can't store luggage in advance of your check in or after you have vacated the property. Please note we can't hold tickets to football games/theatre shows for guests.

The neighbourhood - Superb location, within walking distance of the Promenade, Southport Theatre and Conference Centre and The Atkinson Theatre. Shops, restaurants and wine bars are just a short walk away. And if you’re a passionate golfer, why not have a game at the famous Royal Birkdale? Only a 10 minute drive from the apartment.

Getting around - The train station is just a short walk away with frequent connections to Liverpool and Manchester.

Well this apartment was lush!! Centrally located with an abundance of shops restaurants and entertainment on your doorstep!! We went to the Office restaurant and the hungry monk both gorgeous. Our new favourite holiday location. The apartment and facilities were top notch loved it ! We will be back!!

Great apartment and very central but beware of exhorbitant charges by comparison to long term rental.

lovely apartment we really enjoyed staying here . It was in a excellent location. Very tidy and we liked the little touches of nice towels , good kitchen equipment . On arrival the instruction details were excellent .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely flat. Very cosy and welcoming, with plenty of space and everything tidy and clean. The open plan layout of the living area was perfect for us and our two infants (although there were steps in the corridor between the lift and the flat - tricky with a double pram!). The location is very central with shops/restaurants etc and the train station right on your doorstep. We would definitely recommend this place to others and hope we will be able to stay there again!

Two bathrooms were great, TVs in every room, kitchen was an absolute pleasure to be in, Right next to Sainsbury's loved the place very spacious and would be happy to stay again.

This flat is centraly located, has very spacious bedrooms and equipped kitchen. Food shop, restaurants and public transport is close by. Natalie and Laurie were very easy to communicate with we definatelly recommend this beautiful flat on the top floor. We were there 4 nights during the Brithis Open and enjoyed it to the max! Thank you!.
