This quiet and peaceful townhouse is packed with all the comforts of home, yet located close to all the action of South Yarra and Prahran.
Only 400 meters from the route 72 tram (which takes you right through the city to Carlton, via St Kilda Road and Swanston Street), and just a short walk from Prahran train station, this location is so convenient. You’ll also find supermarkets, fresh food, shopping, bars, cafes and restaurants in all directions.
Everything you need for your short stay (including free high-speed wifi, heating/cooling in every room, a gas fireplace, private outdoor area and parking) is available within this secure, well-equipped property.
Both upstairs bedrooms are huge and fitted with comfy queen size beds topped with hotel quality linens which we professionally clean after every stay. Both have split system heating and air conditioning.
Both bedrooms are flooded with natural light and have heaps of wardrobe and storage space with room to store your luggage.
Relax on the comfortable couch in front of the large TV and gas fireplace, or sit and chat around the eight-seater dining table. We have heaps of books and a record player so you’ll never run out of things to do!
Our fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, gas cook top, lots of cooking utensils, appliances (microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster), a fridge and basic pantry supplies (in case you need a break from Melbourne’s amazing cafes and restaurants).
Enjoy a drink in the sun on the private patio, perfect for alfresco dining.
Both bathrooms are modern, spacious and well-lit. We have stocked the bathrooms with all the necessary toiletries, including Thankyou body wash and Australian-made, earth friendly Sukin shampoo and conditioner. You’ll also find Thankyou hand wash, Who Gives A Crap toilet paper and a hair dryer.
There is also a separate powder room downstairs.
Inside the bathroom is a washing machine and dryer (we also provide a clothes drying rack, an iron and an ironing board). Earth Choice laundry liquid is available so you can catch up on your laundry before you head home.
The apartment comes with an undercover parking space for one car. Please note, the parking space can be a little tight and may not be suitable for larger cars / SUVs.
Two sets of keys will be made available to you via a secure keysafe. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to check yourself in.
No shared amenities, the entire apartment is all yours to enjoy.

This is an awesome place to stay for families, couples or small groups, but if you are thinking of having a party, this won't be the right listing for you. Breaching this rule will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.
