Stairs lead to a nice and clean studio with comfortable double bed and possibility to extend a floor mattress to either one or double bed. Maximum capacity 4 people. Open-plan fully equipped kitchen (fridge, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher) and living room with desk, TV and WIFI. Fresh bed linen and towels provided. Bathroom with soap, shampoo and washing machine.
We are a family with an older Irish Setter dog that is very friendly to people, as well as to children and other dogs. So dogs are welcome :) We live in the main building of the farm, just next door, so you will see us around, normally out walking our dog. We are here if you need us, but we like to give you your space. We speak German, French, English and Luxembourgish.
Guests stay in a separate building with own entrance. There is also a shared outdoor-area with a large garden with dinning table, chairs and a small vegetable garden. We also own horses that live next to our property. The farm is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature and beautiful forest trails. It is just 7 min drive to Junglinster and 18 min with the bicycle. There is a shopping centre, many little shops , restaurants and other facilities (bank, pharmacy, gas station, bakery). A public bus service does also run nearby. It is easy to drive to the Eiffel hiking area in Germany.
You have access to the whole apartment and to the outdoor-area with a garden.
Help or assistance is available at any time. There is often someone at home next door. Me and my sister Martine are taking care of the guests. There will either me or Martine helping you with questions.
We are reachable via mobile phone during your whole stay. We prepared a notebook with tips about restaurants and sightseeing for you :)
After studying in Berlin and Melbourne and traveling a lot around the world, where I was staying at great Airbnb places, I decided to become a host myself. Together with my sister Martine, I am renting out a newly refurbished studio in Luxembourg. I love good food, yoga, festivals, photography and meeting new people. While you are staying at our home, I might be traveling but my parents are more than happy to take care of you and help you with any questions.
