Please note these important points below which will help us make your stay a memorable and a hassle-free one. * This property is a licensed holiday home. It is not part of a hotel, resort or a serviced apartment. * The property requires passport copies for each guest at least 72 hours before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. * Please note that only guests who have submitted their IDs are allowed to stay in the apartment. NO visitors are allowed after 10.00 pm and guests are responsible to the fines if the neighbors complain and police is called * Guests are also required to show a photo identification upon check-in. * The property check in time is between 3.00pm – 6.00pm. Please advise us of your arrival time 48 hours in advance. The property checkout time is strictly 12.00 noon. Please ensure the property is vacated before this time to avoid late checkout penalties and is left in a good condition to avoid extra cleaning charges. * A security deposit of AED 1,500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This will be collected in cash or charged to your card prior to arrival. This deposit is refundable and will be returned 7 days after check-out and is subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. * No Parties * NO smoking inside the apartment. If found otherwise, please note that a cleaning charge of AED 500 will be applicable. Please note that the Tourism Fee as prescribed by Dubai Tourism Commerce Marketing of AED 10 per night will be charged upon check-in.
