My story is a little bit adventure. I had to check in on 20th of June for 8 nights, but when I arrived, I found out there were not free rooms, although I paid in advance a month before and reminded about myself the day before arrival. I was suggested to live somewhere else for 4 days and then return here. Not necessary to say that I was angry and upset. I was imagining how I negotiate with airbnb support and how I write a wrathful review, but soon Kim appeared and managed with the situation.
They settled me in a wonderful villa next door to this guesthouse (whose owner is Ketut as well), that was much better, without additional charge. There was nice terrace, patio, BBQ, big bathroom, well equipped kitchen etc, so I was more than satisfied :-). Kim supported me in everything. 2 days later one room in guesthouse was freed and I moved there. After villa it was somewhat not habitually :D, but it was good. Clean room, hot water, air-condition, wifi, everything as was promised. Minuses: Wifi was weak (in compare with villa), often lost connection and in the kitchen refrigerator hadn’t shelves, because one of the guests had broken them, so I (and other guests too) had to keep products in freezer or in lowest compartment for vegetables or on door shelves. But in general it’s good place to stay, great value for money.
P.S.I must to add, like many others wrote here before, you definitely need motorbike to live here.
