The apartment is in a quiet place 200m away from the western end of the city's pedestrian area. The property consists of entré, bathroom with a toilet, and a walk-through kitchen that access the two rooms - livingroom and bedroom. The living room has access to a large balcony that overlooks a very nice green area in the back yard. The terrace is equipped with cosy sitting space and an electric BBQ.
A secluded apartment on the second floor of a big house, in a very green area close that give a close-to-nature feel, far from automobile noise.
The building is constructed in 1938 by an Austrian entrepreneur, hence the specific "alpine style" steeply sloped roof.
The building served as an office/administration for the state railways, and it was converted to serve for housing about 50 years ago.
The living room has a large corner couch and a dining/café table. There is a balcony with garden furniture and an electric grill, if you wish to BBQ, you are most welcome!
The kitchen equipment includes a toaster, microwave with a grill, electric kettle, washing machine and a fridge.
Due to lack of proper ventilation the large oven with stoves is situated on the balcony. Cooking on balconies is extremely common in Bulgaria, with summer night temperatures in the high 20's Celsius.
There is a large double bed in the bedroom with a view of the Fleet Tower, built in 1885 and designed by Friedrich Grunanger
The hosts, despite being extremely nice, are not entirely fluent in English but speak very decent Russian (and Bulgarian, naturally).
