This lovely flat is located near to fantastic transport links, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions like Tower Bridge and The Shard. The flat has 1 bedroom with a comfortable double bed, bathroom, kitchen and living area (with a sofa bed). It would be a great fit for up to 4 people looking for an excellent value place to stay in a quieter neighbourhood that is still easily accessible to Central London.
This fantastic flat is located in an Historic Victorian Former Warehouse built in 1888, the same year as Tower Bridge. There is a bathroom, cosy bedroom, kitchen area, and lovely light-filled living room.
This is our home and as such you will find many of our personal items here - we ask that you treat our home with the respect that you would treat your own place!
Please note that the river side photos were taken on the river bank which is just a 5 minute walk from the property.
LIVING AREA / DINING AREA
The living area is lovely and light due to the set of 3 windows that let in plenty of natural light. There is a large comfortable sofa which turns into a double sofa bed if you should need it. On the smart TV, you will be able to watch Netflix, Youtube and Iplayer (but not live TV). There is a beautiful bottle green wall with an authentic fireplace which is a great feature to the living room. There is also a fold out table which is perfect for dining.
The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There are a variety of pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses and high tech kitchen appliances. One of the walls is painted a fabulous shade of yellow which will no doubt brighten up anyone's day.
The room has a wall with textured ornate wallpaper and a comfortable double bed, which will be spotlessly made up for you using hotel quality linen. We will also make sure to clear some space in the wardrobes for you to be able to be able to hang your clothes up.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and sink. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.
When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
