My home is very comfortable with floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and great natural light.
It is furnished with modern furniture and features Sonos speakers, a flat panel TV, two workspace desks, and an in-unit washing machine.
There is also a large, private balcony with table and chairs, that looks out from the back of the building.
Central heat and air-conditioning will keep you comfortable in the winter and summer. The unit also features a buzzer/intercom system.
Guests can use everything in the kitchen (dishwasher, oven/stove, pots/pans/dishes), washing machine, workspace desks, Sonos speakers, and balcony.
Bed sheets, towels, shampoo, and soap will be provided, as well as tea and coffee.
I will be available by text/phone/email for any questions. If I am away traveling, my friend who lives nearby will be available to help with any questions.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building that is brand new (built in 2016). In addition to the private balcony, there is a common rooftop with great views of Manhattan and Brooklyn.

I'm a visual artist and art director living in Bedford-Stuyvesant in Brooklyn, NY. I'm originally from the suburbs of Chicago, but have lived in NYC for the past 11 years. I love art, film, and lots of other cultural stuff. I also love to swim and use my bike to get around. I try to travel at least once a year. Recently, I have been to Iceland several times, Spain, France, Germany, England, Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, and Sweden. I hope to travel more through AirBnB ;)
