Your review with so many issues afterwards and not communicating with me or my delegate in my absence, who organized your pick up and apparently being able to communicate with him to request for a bit longer stay is indeed surprising. Moreover as my delegate and I live straight opposite the house. The WIFI is a handheld wireless device, which we asked a deposit for and being returned at departure. If an air con does not function well , we assume the Guest to communicate.
You informed me about these issues, YES, but by correspondence on the airbnb mail, after you checked out. There is NO record of of any communication during your stay with my delegate, my hand phone, my email nor the airbnb mail.
Additionally, I have reviewed with you with a positive tone, which means that I or my delegate were totally unaware of your issues.
We take our Host responsibility serious, but can only be achieved and is depending on communication between the parties during the stay and not after check out
