La Sagerie is a tastefully restored 17th Century farmhouse, which still retains many of the features of the original house. The alterations were made with large groups in mind but the house is often enjoyed by small parties of two or three, several of whom return year after year. It is set in large grounds in a rural location and is an easy drive to many wonderful sites. Dogs are welcome for a small extra charge and there are great walks, both from the house itself and in nearby forests.
The house is on 3 floors [the stairs to bedrooms 4 and 5 on the second floor are steep]. The kitchen is well appointed and there is seating, both in the dining area and in the sitting room, for 12. There is a barbecue on the patio on the sunny south side and another small patio on the north, with stunning views. There are garden games for the young.
The entire area is at the disposal of the guests. A drive leads to the house, which is set in large grounds, ideal for children to play in. The garden is fenced.
You will see us only when you arrive and when you leave. Apart from those times you will be left alone - but we're always available if you have any problems.

We are a retired couple who just love the food and wine in Normandy. We travel a lot and have an extensive library that keeps us entertained when the weather is not too good.
