- 1. ANIMALS, REPTILES & BIRDS No pets / animals will be allowed to be kept on the premises 2. REFUSE DISPOSAL (1) An owner or occupier of a section shall- (a) maintain in an hygienic and dry condition, a receptacle for refuse within his/her section, his/her exclusive use area or on such part of the common property as may be authorized by the trustees in writing; (b) ensure that before refuse is placed in such receptacle it is securely wrapped, or in the case of tins or other containers, completely drained; (c) for the purpose of having the refuse collected, place such receptacle within the area and at the times designated by the trustees; (d) when the refuse has been collected, promptly return such receptacle to his section or other area referred to in paragraph (c); (e) No non-household refuse, broken or redundant appliances, building rubble, etc. may be disposed of on the common property or inside the waste-bin enclosure. 3. VEHICLES (1) No owner or occupier shall park or stand any vehicle upon the common property, or permit or allow any vehicle to be parked or stood upon the common property, without the consent of the trustees in writing. (2) The trustees may cause to be removed or towed away, at the risk and expense of the owner of the vehicle, any vehicle parked, standing or abandoned on the common property without the trustees' consent. (3) Owners and occupiers of sections shall ensure that their vehicles, and the vehicles of their visitors and guests, do not drip oil or brake fluid on to the common property or in any other way deface the common property. Should it occur, the owner of such vehicle must clean such spillage personally or an amount will be billed to the owner to get this cleaned up. (4) No owner or occupier shall be permitted to dismantle or effect major repairs to any vehicle on any portion of the common property, an exclusive use area or in a section. (5) The speed limit for all vehicles on the property is 10 Km per hour. (6) The occupant of a unit must park his/her vehicle in the same evenly numbered carport as the unit, unless a prior arrangement has been made with and approved by another owner not occupying his/her unit. If the occupants of a unit own/use more than one vehicle, then such additional vehicle(s) must be parked as indicated in 7 hereunder. (7) Visitors must park their vehicles only between the lines at the designated and indicated visitors parking bays. All trailers must be left only on the designated and indicated areas for trailers, and preferably locked. A vehicle and trailer may not be parked together on one parking bay, or one carport, and trailers may not be left or parked under the overhanging concrete roof in front of ground units’ doors. (8) No person may park their vehicle in such a manner as to obstruct, impede or inconvenience other vehicles from getting in or out. (9) Management does not accept ANY liability for any loss / damage to or out of vehicles and trailers parked / left on the premises as mentioned in 2 above. (10) Maintenance and dismantling of vehicles, motorbikes, etc. the revving of engines and sounding of horns are not permitted, either on the premises or inside any unit. (11) Owners, visitors and tenants are not allowed to use hosepipes to wash any vehicle, trailer or motorbike. Buckets may be used for this purpose. The hosepipe is only to be used to water the garden and to fill up the swimming pool. (12) Heavy vehicles, caravans, boats and large trailers may not be parked on the common property. (13) No additional people may sleep / live in or out of their vehicle on the premises.
