Your light, bright and airy bedroom will be found at the end of our 200 foot drive to our beautiful chalet bungalow. You'll have tea making facilities, a smart TV, wi-fi, fridge and a lovely comfortable Kingsize bed.
It's 5 minutes from Felpham village or the beach by car and you're also within a short walk to a supermarket and pub.
Included with your stay is breakfast so please help yourselves to cerial, toast and other foods provide.
Beds not required will be packed away for your comfort.
You are welcome to use the safe and secure wrap around garden. Parking is easy, please drive up as you can't see the house from the road and feel free to park in front of the house.
Please ring the bell on the front door when you arrive and thereafter when you return each day.
A selection of breakfast foods and drinks will be available to you in the kitchen diner when you're ready, just help yourself.
You are most welcome to use the garden to relax as we have many seating areas.
Although the bathroom states that it's shared, it will only be shared with one other, our daughter (mainly overnight as her bedroom is upstairs too.)
We have our own private bathroom downstairs which we use for your added convenience.
We are on hand should you need help but will respect your privacy.
Your room is up a short flight of stairs.
Other beds not required will be packed away for your comfort.
These are a few things we've put together to help you enjoy your stay here with us. None of these listed has been a problem but reading other hosts rules have given us some ideas.
We would kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. We really do need our beauty sleep.
Also we'd prefer no other guests other than those booked with us to come back to our home.
We will do our upmost to make sure that you enjoy your stay with us and give you privacy so that you are able to make the most of your time here. We will be available should you need anything.
When you're ready for breakfast you are welcome to help yourself in the breakfast room. We offer cereal and toast with tea and coffee.
Please let me know of any dietary requirements before you arrive to ensure you have everything you need.
We're a retired couple moved down from South East London after 40 years. We are extremely lucky that our family all came with us too. Our hobbies are gardening, reading and trying to play the guitar. We enjoy eating out and discovering new places.
Living by the sea has been a dream come true.
