The 'Vew Cottage' or Tan y Fron (Welsh name meaning beneath the hill) is on Anglesey, an island off the northwest tip of Wales. The Isle of Anglesey is a wonderful place to visit, with its lovely countryside, spectacular beaches, fascinating history and rich heritage. The island has an excellent variety of enjoyable attractions that will keep families entertained for days.
Whatever your age, whatever the weather, there is always something to enjoy: from walks on the beach to a Victorian gaol to a sea zoo; from the quiet world of exotic butterflies to a thrilling boat trip. Historic castles, nature reserves and museums can all be found on Anglesey whilst, a little further afield, Snowdonia National Park is easily accessible by car. The popular towns of Bangor and Caernarfon are also well worth a visit.

Please note: Note. final access to the cottage is up a track..... it may not be suitable for low profile type sports cars or mini coach type MPV's...

Won't see anyone other than maybe horses in the fields or the occasional bird or pheasant.......
