Bright and sunny house with a quiet green garden(with fruit trees!) in the heart of Hollywood. This hundred-year-old Spanish Bungalow is airy and homey with plenty of space for cooking and lounging. Short walk to Hollywood Boulevard, one block from the famous Melrose shops. You can even see the Hollywood sign from the front yard!
Check out the other room in the house that I rent more frequently so you can see reviews of my lovely previous guests:
The cottage is covered in green vines, and you enter through a small wooden gate into the courtyard (where you may smoke if you like) with covered seating and overhanging mandarin and lime trees. Bright and sunny double living room with an antique pump organ, lots of books to read on bookshelves, and a big turquoise velvet couch. Fully stocked kitchen with all kinds of fancy cooking tools for you to use and hanging potted plants containing various herbs. Down the hallway, your room is the first on the left, followed by my room, and then the clean white bathroom with a small window that overlooks the private backyard with Orange trees and Birds in Paradise.
I've lived in Los Angeles for 6 years, so I'm good for a recommendation or two. If you're looking for the most expensive food or the cheapest place to grab a beer, I'm your girl.
Two friendly cats live here.
- Shoes stay near the door, but socks are okay inside!
- Smoking is okay, but only in the courtyard.
- Be nice to the kitties, but don't let the sneaky one out!
-If anything breaks, spills, stains, etc. it's okay! But please let Stevie know ASAP!
-Please always lock the front door when you leave and be courteous to the neighbors.
-Please come in and out of the door very quickly because one of the cats, Ziggy, is a runner.
-If you need more than one bed, please give notice so we can have the couch bed prepared
-Turn off all lights and AC in the bedroom when you are not home.
-If you open the windows, make sure your bedroom door is closed because once again, the cat is a runner :)
-Unfortunately, no additional pets are allowed because of bad experiences in the past, some exceptions.
Hi I'm Stevie, my favorite cities to visit are Austin and New Orleans, and I live in Los Angeles.
I love the internet. I help companies and brands leverage their social media presence, primarily in the form of YouTube videos. I also document my travels and life and have a very involved and interactive fanbase. I have tons of experience tiring out dogs with a ball or a walk, and getting lovingly cuddle-punched by cats. My friends or travel buddies follow all rules and guidelines when we stay in airbnb homes and love hanging out with our hosts for a hike, dinner, wine or adventure.
I am extremely interested in working for and with charities and non profits, primarily ones that benefit women, children and members of the queer community.
Can't wait to meet you!
