The room is in a house with 2 other bedrooms and you may encounter other Airbnbers on occasion. You'll be welcome in the TV lounge and dining area. You are also welcome to prepare food and cook in the kitchen. The kitchen is clean with plenty of useful equipment. You'll get a free breakfast with choice of muesli, cereals, eggs, toast and some hot foods on occasion plus tea, coffee and fruit juices. When you have booked, I'll contact you regards free pick up.
It's just a quiet, cosy, simple but clean room with a single bed with great views overlooking Derbyshire. I always provide clean bed linen and towels. You will have access to a shared bathroom with shower and WC toilet. There is a tram stop nearby and it will take you to the city centre in around 7 minutes. There is plenty of free parking just outside the house,
Check in in is usually around 3 pm but quite often I'll invite guests to arrive at the house earlier if they wish. I'm happy for early arrivers to check in and leave luggage in the house if they wish to explore other areas but the bedrooms may not be ready until later in the day. Guests can access at anytime of the day or night if they wish during their stay. Guest will be given either door key or entry code for a key safe locker.
I'm happy to help and you are welcome to engage with me. I'll help find solutions to any problem that may arise, so don't be afraid to ask me. I often invite guest to explore areas of Sheffield and Derbyshire with me in my car. I often suggest places to eat and may offer a ride. Feel free to ask me any questions before booking.
You may encounter other guests staying in the house. I have found that many guests soon become acquainted. This often leads to a great atmosphere and a fab experience.
I once ran a backpackers hostel in Sydney and I love meeting new people. I've also worked as a chef in hotels and pubs so I'm quick and clean with food. I'm well travelled and I know what it means to 'feel at home'. I'll do my best to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible.
