The house is close to the village of Siviri - a beautiful seafront village - and its amenities; bakery, butcher, super M, nice food, nice sandy beaches and nightlife. Near Siviri you will find the famous Siviri amphitheatre, where various concerts and dancing performances are being held during the summer period.
In addition, within walking-distance you can find Elani resort; a small "private" spot, famous for its crystal-clear water beach, tranquility, quality and privacy. The village of Kalithea famous for its nightlife is spotted only 8km far away.
Guests have access to an outdoor shallow-edge swimming pool (operational from June to mid of September), to a 300 square meters garden as well as to a beautiful veranda with magnificat sea-view.
- 1. Smoking is allowed at the property. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above. 3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbours; Code-enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 12:00a.m. – 8:00a.m. 4. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 6. Only use appliances for their intended uses 7. PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. Charges may apply. 8. Parking: Parking is limited to (2) vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. 9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit. For longer-term rentals [from (2) to (4) weeks], cleaning service is provided once per week, free of charge. 10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located outside of the Housing Complex. 11. Fireplace: The fireplace is not operational during the summertime. 12. Swimming pool: Guests have access to an outdoor, shared among limited properties swimming pool (available from early June to mid Sep). Swimming pool operating hours: 09:00p.m. – 15:00p.m. & 17:30p.m. – 22:00p.m. 13. Water and Septic: The property is on a well and septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. However, we suggest for cooking/drinking purposes to use table/mineral water. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to 150 euros.
