As you may be aware, London has a 90 day policy on Short Term Holiday Lets. In order to allow me to continue sharing my home with guests like yourself, sometimes I allow people to rent my property for longer periods at certain times of the year.
This means that from time to time, people ask to view the property in advance. Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short!

The house location was near Canning Town Metro station around 10 minutes for walk, this house very big, clean and comfortable for family to stay, all facilities are new and fit our need! My family very enjoy and satisfy this trip and let us have a good memory. We will stay again in Gavin's house when we go to London in future.

Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean  apartment in a peaceful residential area. Within 10 mins of London Excel, 02, close to Canning Town DLR with excellent links to central london. The team were super professional, quick to provide answers to any questions and offer assistance where needed. This apartment still boasts plenty of space when at full capacity. I would 100% recommend!

Was a great stay. Very professional service team. Quick to answer any questions. Convenient location, close to Tube and convenience store. The apt itself is well laid out. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Perfect for a family of 4.

The apartment was excellent. Light, bright and modern; spotlessly clean and well equipped. Reliable WiFi. Good residential neighbourhood close to excellent transport links - Canning Town station a short walk away with access to DLR, underground and bus station. Close to an excellent Italian restaurant which is highly commended by TripAdvisor. Fantastic food and friendly staff.
