Located in the heart of the hip new Bywater neighborhood, our renovated 5 bedroom, 3 full bath/2 half bath home comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. With a pristine open-concept living area, hotel-quality amenities, and plenty of authentic New Orleans charm, our home is perfect for large groups, multiple families on vacation, and companies coming to town on business.
Inspired by the crisp chic and functional comfort of the mid-modern aesthetic, our home is a balanced blend of classic style and contemporary convenience for up to twenty guests.
Bedroom 1 has a king bed; bedrooms 2 and 3 each have queen-size bunk beds; bedroom 4 has a queen bed; and bedroom 5 has two full-size beds. Each bed features a Tempurpedic or Casper-quality mattress as well as fresh, high thread count sheets. Four additional twin roll away beds can be set up to create a sleeping arrangement that best suits your group’s needs.
The 3 recently remodeled full bathrooms, along with the 2 half baths, are fully stocked with essential toiletries and heaps of oversized cotton bath towels for your convenience.
Our open-concept common space was designed to provide all the creature comforts of home with authentic NOLA flourishes. The new kitchen features brand-new appliances, essential cookware, and a custom-made dining table with room for up to 12 people. The living area is a great place to kick back as a group; enjoy the ample seating and watch a movie on the flat screen TV.
Along with the indoor spaces, guests are welcome to enjoy the private back yard. Lounge with a good book or fire up the grill for your friends and family while the sun sets on New Orleans.
Other features include: laundry (washer/dryer/iron), high-speed internet throughout the apartment, and central air conditioning and heat. Should you need parking for your cars, there is no shortage of convenient, free on-street parking.
The entire house, including all indoor and outdoor spaces, is for your group's enjoyment.
The entire house is exclusively for your enjoyment. However, should you need anything, we are always available via the messenger or by phone.
Check-in is anytime after 3:00pm and check-out is no later than 11:00am. We have to firmly keep to these times as our housekeepers require ample time to prepare for your arrival. If helpful, you may drop your bags off as early as 1:30pm on day of check-in, or you may store your luggage until 12:30pm on day of check-out.
Payment is due in full at time of booking (no deposits or holds). Airbnb retains a separate security deposit in escrow which is fully refundable.

We want guests to relax completely and enjoy themselves, but also to be respectful of our home, which we have put so much care and attention into. Please be mindful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a normal level, especially when coming and going in the early morning and late night. No smoking anywhere in the home, and please no extra guests. And while we love pets, we unfortunately don't allow them here.
