Welcome to my house, located close to Ntinda New Market, and only a 10 minutes drive away from Acacia and Kololo where you can enjoy Kampala's lively nightlife or great dinners. There are two extra rooms available for visitors, tourists, backpackers, or anyone who would like to enjoy low budget accommodation in a friendly environment.
I am a friendly, helpful and social male who would like to share my home with you. If you have any question of any matter in Kampala, please notify me, and I can help you with any concern regarding living in Kampala (or what to experience in other areas of the country).
The house has a bright and spacious combined dining and living room with TV, movies and selected games, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small private compound. All facilities are on one flat.
The room up for rent is spacious and adequately aerated with big functional wardrobes, a 5X6ft bed and mosquito net. Self-contained with inside bathroom and toilet.
Water, hot-water, security, electricity, detergents, internet and a twice a week house cleaning and laundry services are included, also the living room, kitchen, gardens, compound, helmets for the boda-boda rides, games and books are available
If you have just arrived Uganda, I can help you with airport pick up for an additional expense.
If you are new in Kampala, there are certain things I can help you with. Boda bodas are a commonly used transportation due to the traffic and infrastructure in town. You can borrow helmets, and I can help you with safe and trustworthy day and night drivers for a fixed price (so that you don't need to bargain from the over pricing)
If you want, I can guide you towards Kampala's many pearls whether it is attractions, fitness, cultural engagement and performances, community engagements, dining or out-life.
I can also help you with fair car hire (with driver) if you wish to do longer but unorganised trips around the country.
- We wish to create a home friendly, including and easy environment, so treat others the way you want to be treated and we will all be fine. Please clean up after yourself, take off your shoes inside, smoke outside and keep your dog (if you bring one) out of the sofa. Friends visiting and small drink ups are welcomed under your own responsibility. If you have any complaints, please direct them to me directly, so that we can improve them as soon as possible
