Wonderful snug cosy cottage in a peaceful wooded valley, wonderful for nature lovers writers artists & walkers. A unique location. The bohemian village of Calstock only a 10 minute riverside walk away. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher range and microwave ovens. Comfy beds, bed linen and towers supplied . Log burner, in sitting room (logs supplied). Smart TV some electric radiators. Washing machine and tumble dryer in barn.

Cottage is situated up a very steep bumpy hill with no street lighting. Surrounded by woodland. This adds to its privacy and peaceful atmosphere.

Please treat this cottage with respect,the garden and the environment with care. If bringing a small dog please keep off the sofa and not allowing it to go upstairs on no account. Always clean up dogs mess in area and garden disposing of it in bags and binning it sensibly.
Please definitely do not smoke anywhere in the cottage or gardens.
Please remove muddy shoes or boots on entry.
Please take extra care on cottage very steep staircase its recommended to wear a sensible indoor shoe or slipper as flooring and staircase may be slippery.
Please take care on steep garden slopes and uneven steps especially children.
Please be vigilant for your child's safety in the garden and cottage.
Please keep noise to a minimum if coming home very late
