Rishley Byre is set in the heart of Nidderdale, (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) between the Cathedral City of Ripon and market town of Pateley Bridge, gateway to the Yorkshire Dales Nation Park. Refurbished in 2016/17 the former byre provides a modern, spacious area with views on to the moor. There's plenty of trails and attractions for all tastes and abilities. Ample parking, secure storage (bike, buggy, roof rack?), additional freezer and 'Pub bikes' (by arrangement).
You can park directly outside the accommodation on a gated driveway. Self contained, self catering for 4 guests with the option of pulling out the trundle bed and sleeping 5 in total. A well behaved dog is always welcome, please let us know prior to your stay. We are situated between working farms and we have horses and a few chickens on site.
I can advise on plenty of things to go and see and/or try out.
- No dogs in the bedrooms
- No shoes to be worn in the bedrooms (carpet)
- Our quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00 (We have young children)
I settled in Yorkshire around 2001. 'God's own county' really does have it all. My family and I are proud to share its beauty. We're all in to walking, cycling, climbing and horse riding. I'm a big fan of local businesses and don't need an excuse to visit a café or Tearoom. I love anything outdoors and will try my best to make your stay a really enjoyable one.
