Freshly decorated, central and spacious with lovely views across town and out to sea. Suitable for small groups and families (there's a cute park and playground across the road). The maisonette is arranged over 2 floors with a large open-plan kitchen-dining room and sitting room on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
It's the top 2 floors of a 4 storey Victorian house, with lots of original features and light and spacious rooms. The beds are really good quality, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed.
Although it's in a quiet residential area, it's incredibly central. Brighton train station is only 5 mins walk away as are the main shopping, theatre, restaurant and nightlife areas. The seafront is 10 mins away.
You'll have the whole maisonette to yourselves. There's no outdoor space, but there's a very nice park with playground just across the road.
I live nearby, so can help with any problems.
Parking is tricky in Central Brighton, but several guests have found parking spaces nearby using (URL HIDDEN) There are also several car parks which offer weekend rates. Please let me know if you'd like me to send you details.

I love travelling, shopping, cooking and eating, going to the movies, reading and hanging out with friends. I can't live without a good cup of tea, made the English way, with a dash of milk.
My favourite places are London, New York, Rio de Janeiro, Madrid and Istanbul but I still have a lot of places left to see.
I'm too old for slumming it, but find hotels impersonal or over-priced, so like to stay in real homes in the places I visit. I'm a tidy and careful guest, considerate of neighbours and promise to take care of your place.
