Fully renovated and remodeled in 2017 the apartment has central air, full laundry, a fully equipped apartment sized kitchen and two full baths. There is on street parking, and we provide two guest parking passes for your stay. Done in cool, modern tones with a seaside cottage vibe, the well thought out design surprises with pops of color and whimsical art and fixtures.
Guests have full and exclusive use of the entire apartment. Private entry way with secure access codes from the shared front hall. The private courtyard is dedicated to the first floor while the second unit upstairs has their own dedicated outdoor space. The grill in the courtyard is shared by the two units - please leave it clean and ready for use. Laundry in unit for your convenience.

The house is located in one of Newport's oldest neighborhoods. These homes were built tightly packed together. Notice the uphill wall on this house, see how close the homes are? Please be thoughtful to the neighbors and keep your voices reasonable when out of doors. Smoking is not permitted on the property at any time.
Parking passes are worth GOLD in Newport! Loss of a parking pass will result in the loss of your security deposit. We are not able to replace parking passes.

To keep peace with the neighbors, there are a couple things to remember:
1 - Parking is hard for everyone. There are two guest parking passes which allow you to park in areas that say Residential Parking in a two block radius. Please try and have one car only on Pope and the other on Spring. Pope is a particularly narrow street.
2 - No pets at the house. Not even visiting pets.
3 - If your stay includes Sunday, please roll the trash and recycle barrels out to the street.
4 - If your stay includes Monday, please bring them back in!
5 - No smoking of any substance is permitted in the house. Smoking of cigarettes or other legal tobacco products only is permitted outside and all waste should be disposed of in a safe way.
6 - Recreational marijuana is not legal in Rhode Island and will not be permitted on the property.
