From stained glass lamps to neon, this eclectic home in Nashville reflects our motto: "life is an amazing journey!" We will try to make your journey to Brown County as comfy as possible. Downtown Nashville is just five minutes away. But if you feel like staying in, you can enjoy coffee on our beautiful porch which looks out on 5 acres of land. Happy to provide suggestions for local activities.
Hi! Rachael Jones owns and manages "Rachael's Roost" in Nashville IN and Rachael Himsel owns and manages the house in Harrodsburg that's about 20 min from Bloomington. We help each other out bc we both like to travel and can keep up with Airbnb for the other as needed. We've both lived in the area for a long time, so we can give you tips for restaurants and fun things to do!

About Rachael J:
I love to cook and will always have fresh coffee for you in the morning. I love to run, and often jog on the trails in brown county state park. I have three beautiful grown children. I currently sell insurance, but I used to own a popular Cafe in Bloomington, and a play called Rachael's Cafe was written about my life. I'm always up for a game of darts or a day of kayaking!
