Susie's Beach House is a comfortable three bedroom holiday house that is only a short walk to beaches, shops and restaurants.
The house is located 500 metres from Horseshoe Bay. South West Rocks Creek is only a short 300 metre walk and is great for fishing off the jetty, or swimming when the tide is in. From here it is a short walk over the footbridge to quiet and unpatrolled Back Beach.
Susie's features include a large covered deck off the lounge room, second bathroom in laundry area, ceiling fans in all rooms, gas BBQ, fully fenced yard, off-street parking and a lock-up garage. The lounge room has a large LCD TV and the main bedroom has a LED TV.
Bedding is 1 queen, 2 doubles and 2 single beds.
We don't live nearby so the house is managed locally by our great real estate agency. They will provide the keys and take care of any unexpected issues if they arise.
The actual pricing may vary from the quoted rate due to some limitations in fitting our pricing structure into the AIRbnb pricing model.
Weekly bookings only are taken during the Christmas school holidays.
A minimum of 3 night bookings during other school holiday periods.
You will need to bring your own sheets and towels or they may be hired from the local linen service and will be at the house on your arrival.
• The owners take no responsibility for the loss of the guests’ personal property.
• Guests shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by them to the owner's property. Please inform the owners or Rocks Real Estate, of any damage that occurs. Should you be aware of any problems or faults on arrival please inform Rocks Real Estate or the owner.
• When using the gas BBQ please ensure that it is left clean and tidy.
• The property should be left in a tidy condition on departure. Please wash and dry any dishes and kitchen utensils before leaving. Check-out time is 10.00 am, unless negotiated with the owners, to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.
