Take a step back in time and come stay in our charming 70's boho cabin in the mountains! During the day, surround yourself with pine tree forests. Observe the diversity of woodland creatures that inhabit the land here. Listen to the sounds of nature: wind in the trees and birds singing. Smell the fresh, clean, mountain air. At night, look up and awe at the incredible, unobstructed view of a star-blanketed sky. Hear nothing but pure peace and quiet. All people are welcome here :)
This is an awesome little rustic cabin, furnished with care. It is a studio-style space, meaning the bedroom is in the same room as the living area. There is a little dinette to enjoy your coffee and/or meals, and a kitchen, equipped with a full oven, sink, dishes/cookware, and a fridge. We recommend grocery shopping in town before your arrival if you are interested in cooking or having some food in the house to snack on. There is a bathroom just off the kitchen with a stand up shower, and a loft for extra storage should you need it. The cabin is on our property and is a separate unit from our main house, but we are around should you need something!
You have full access to the entire cabin
Michelle will check you in, show you how to use the amenities, and be available via text for any questions. Her contact info will be shared with you after booking.
You will want to rent a car to stay at our cabin, because we are about a 25 minute drive from town. We live on a dead-end street with a few houses, and it is very quiet. There is lots of hiking in the area (which we will show you), and a beautiful reservoir that you are not allowed to swim in but can picnic/hike around. You may want to consider renting mountain bikes in town because there are some awesome bike trails around here as well. In addition, we can show you where to climb/boulder if you are looking for that!
- Guests may not use the wood burning stove due to high fire danger
