- This Apartment SLEEPS A MAXIMUM OF 6 GUESTS!! Non-compliance to this Rule will result in Guests being asked to Leave WITHOUT REIMBURSEMENT.
- Please check the Inventory found in the Apartment Folder upon Arrival. Any shortages or damages must be reported to Management within 12hrs. The Inventory is done in good Faith, we trust you will advise Our Management of any breakages and pay to the value of the breakage on departure
-Should Guests choose to invite further Guests onto the Property, you will be expected to follow the Rules of the Home as well as those of the Complex.

- No Noise after 10pm.
- Any Guests causing Noise Or creating Disturbance within the Proper will be asked to leave.
- This Apartment has a strict 'No Party' policy! Any violation of this policy will result in eviction and additional cleaning fees will be charged for.
- Any breakage or damage to the property or its linen will be charged accordingly.
- Dates of the booking must be checked as no last minute changes will be accepted
- Beach Towels are not provided
- Before vacating the Premises, please ensure the property is left in the same condition as it was found, with all windows and doors locked.
- Neither 7 Seabreeze, nor any person acting on their behalf, shall be liable for any loss or damage, personal injury or wrongful death, loss of income or loss of support claim or punitive damages or any other claim of the tenant or the tenant's representatives or dependants
- Guests will be held responsible for all charges relating to lost keys or keys not being returned after vacating the premises
- Any guests entering the property, thus changing the Profile of the Booking, without the Knowledge of the Hosts or Management, will be charged a daily rate or a Single Person
