Welcome to Denver! My house is a single floor with partially finished basement built in the 1930's. At roughly 1700sqft. it's on a quiet block with plenty of parking and easy access to downtown, Sports venues, and close by museums. I'm a half block from Colfax where you can hop on the bus, take an Uber/Lyft, or drive into the heart of Denver in less than 10 minutes.
The neighborhood has treelined streets and a lot of charm. Come spend a night or a couple weeks and see for yourselves.
Built in 1932 and renovated in 2012, the house is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath single story with partially finished basement. The back yard is private and fenced in with a covered awning and grill for friendly cookouts. Feel free to use the washer and dryer in the basement as well as the TV in the basement with Roku access to Netflix and Hulu. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the standard appliance setup. One bedroom faces the front of the house while the second is to the back, split by a bathroom in the hall. The second bathroom is in the basement next to the laundry. The layout is open and spacious for the size and has plenty of natural light to keep the sun in.
I have yard games like cornhole, friz-beer-ski, ladder ball, and a freestanding hammock. All public places in the house are free to use as well.
My interaction can be as much or little as you need. I work through the week typically 7:30-5:00 and can offer suggestions of activities to do, places to eat, or just answer any questions you may have about the house. If you need a lift from the airport that can be arranged as well for an additional $30 which is less than Uber or Lyft.
Please be considerate of my no smoking in the house policy. Cigarettes or pot should be consumed outside. That said, there are a number of pot shops close by if that's what you're looking for. Pets can be considered so feel free to ask if you are thinking about bringing one.
