Janis is friendly and warm. We loved staying with her. Views are great. Breakfast spread was great. The house is a 1 bathroom, buy that didn't hurt us at all. She even let us do some wash. Would definitely recommend.

Janis is a very nice person and her lovely house will provide you with comforts. You will never feel regret to choose her place to stay for either short time or long time. Her bright and quiet house has a great view over the Dunedin city and you will enjoy it!

Great place to saty with an excellent host

A great host, Janis was warm and friendly and gave some great advice for activities around Dunedin

My parents stayed one night at Janis' while visiting Dunedin. They said it was a Beautiful spot in st Clair close to cafes and the coast. Lovely clean room & were able to use her kitchen. Janis went out of her way to make them feel at home and look after them.
