Lovely location next to a great beach, we found the site very quiet during the night and the caravan being located next to the park was great for the children. Caravan was clean and comfortable and stocked well.

Perfect place to stay if you want to go kitesurf in Camber Sands

This place could do with a major clean as there is mold throughout. The shower had a huge crack in it, which we believed to be unsafe. The kitchen plumbing needs to be repaired as the taps were constantly dripping. There is no fire alarm installed. I would not stay here again.

My family had a great stay in Sam's caravan. Everything was as advertised. Thanks for everything. John
