One Block to Ocean and One Block to Bay in Secluded South Mission Beach. Stay here with us to enjoy the beach and bay away from the crowds. Restaurants, Markets, Rentals Amusement park, Indoor Pool and Health Club are within walking distance right across the park. Shops, Restaurants, para sailing, jet skis, Rentals for Bikes, Boogie Boards, Surfboards etc are extremely close. Belmont Park is only a stone throw away as well. Stay in South Mission Beach and Enjoy the perfect picturesque sunsets everyday.

The studio has vinyl floors throughout. Full kitchen with everything you need: Pots, Pans, Plates, Utensils, Glasses, Cups, Coffee Maker, Stove & Oven and Full Sized Refrigerator. Relax seated on the patio reading a book or playing a guitar taking in the luke warm and breezy air.

3.No Pets: animals present on property will result in immediate eviction with no refunds
4.No parties, excessive noise, or irresponsible activity. $100.00 fine if complaint by neighbor. Noise Control and Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
5.No subletting or assigning property to other persons, not designated
6.Missing items and damage caused; if the amount exceeds your deposit you will be billed for the difference
7.Guests agree to take property as is and sight unseen. All properties have been cleaned before each occupancy and is in good condition. Guests to provide paper products.
8.Guest agrees to adhere to any house rules posted
9.Kitchen, baths, and floors thoroughly cleaned, trash deposited in outside black bins, recyclables in blue bin, linen laundered and stacked on bed(s) before departure (unless cleaning fee is paid in advance)
10.Property must be left in reasonable condition- If property requires additional cleaning beyond normal use additional fees may be assessed.
11.No smoking inside or outside premises. No candles or incense permitted.
12.I have read and understand company policies (found on the website or in paper form)
13.Utilities will be deducted from deposit on monthly rentals.
14.If property is left damaged your security deposit will be assessed via AirBNB.

Pretty small place. Know what your getting. Good location. Wish they cleaned it better and did something about it after I complained. The wifi was terrible because it was shared with the office several apartments over. Overall not a bad stay, but won't be coming back.

This was a great place to stay! Perfect for 2 people. Close to the beach, quiet, and very comfortable!

The place is pretty much as described. It's a small studio. The perks are that you are right on the water and can hear the waves at night. The downsides are if you are there on business, the weekends are loud as you are right by the roller coaster. The space is too small for 2 people for more than a few days.

We stayed there for a month.The location is really great!!(close to restaurants and markets and really close to the beach).If you're planning to cook you should know that the oven doesn't work really good.Actually when we tried to cook in the oven,steam was going out and the fire alarm was beeping.The layer isn't very good.The garbage bins are outside and in front of the kitchen window in the alley.I think that if you're planning to stay for 10 days,the place is ok but if you're planning to stay for a month and you're also planning to cook,I think is not the right place to stay.Despite of all that,the owners were kind and very helpful when we needed them.k

I am from San Diego, CA 92109. Born and raised in the Bird Rock, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and La Jolla area. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management (Administration) from San Diego State University, have studied in Oslo, Norway at the Business Institute and have traveled to many parts of Europe and Asia. I have been doing home improvement/management for 15 years and am still learning new things everyday. Its constant work and never really ends. There is always potential improvements in property and technology. I am also a Creative Realtor Professional who aids in Sale of Property Investment/Homes and to make the process of purchase or sale seem effortless and easy for my clients.
