- Confirm arrival time 30 minutes before checking in, via text or email. If we are unavailable, we will unlock the door remotely and you will be able to enter when you arrive. If you do not let us know 30 minutes prior to arriving, please expect a delay in entering.
-Guests need to be done with inside common areas, such as kitchen and shower, before 11 pm to be conscientious of noise for other guests.
-Please do not lock the front door when you exit as we will receive a notification and lock it for you. If you lock it, it will engage the alarm system and there may be other people in the house that this will effect.
-For breakfast, we have a Keurig with a variety of pods and you can find the creamer in the refrigerator. We do keep a few varieties of breakfast bars available for our guests. If I happen to bake, guests are welcome to any of the baked goods for breakfast as well.
-The house alarm will automatically set at midnight each night and will turn off at 5 a.m. We can adjust this if you need us to and would just need to know before we go to bed.
-Please park on the street and make sure you park your car facing in the direction of traffic flow to avoid getting a ticket.
NO ACCESS: Due to a bad experience, we do not allow AIRBNB guests to cook in our kitchen or wash items in our washer and dryer. We want to make that clear ahead of time so there is not any misunderstanding.
I am a native Californian and was raised in Santa Cruz and San Lorenzo. I have worked in the sleep medicine field for 16 years based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. My husband was born and raised on the coast of Oregon in North Bend/Coos Bay. We have lived in Ridgecrest for 3 years and absolutely love the town, the people and that humidity is only around for 2 weeks in August. We recently became official empty-nesters when we realized our 2 kids weren't coming home from college anymore. We love our home and hope you will enjoy your stay in one of our three private rooms.
