Hello Friend! My place is perfect for discovering St. Pete's hidden urban art beat. I am especially interested in finding students, individuals, and couples who are interested in the art of motherhood, sociology, history, feminism, women's and gender studies and who want to share conversation, knowledge, and information. While you are here, you will want to enjoy the local restaurants, culture and soak up the beach vibe here in St. Pete!
You can expect a private space with a queen size bed, writing desk, and mini- Summit Kitchen. At approximately 350 square feet, the property is designed for contemplation and rest. The space is big enough for singles or couples.
There is a memory foam queen-size murphy bed, a dresser, and room to hang your clothes. The kitchen has a sink, stove, fridge, as well as pots, pans, and dishes. There is a bar-height counter, WiFi, and a secret garden for sipping your morning coffee. A trendy corrugated metal shower and **composting toilet round out your tiny-house experience. Also, please find a wall unit AC/heater, and access to a washing machine and dryer on the back porch of the main house.
This situation is ideal for singles, students, pregnant couples, and travelers from afar.
Want to curl up on the front porch of the main house with a good book? Or borrow the bikes for a ride? Fling open the cottage doors for outdoor living or sleep late if it suits you.
Everything else is cool.
Please make note of our alternative lifestyle. We recycle. We compost. We BE GREEN.
The property is in a somewhat industrial-feeling neighborhood. Very safe. Plenty of privacy. But we ARE in the CITY. U.r.b.a.n. Life.
