With views of Perth and superbly presented. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies,laundry, WiFi ADSL 2 Plus,swimming pool and secure undercover parking. Experience Perth living at its finest, with a glass of Margaret River red and a cheese platter, alfresco style, on the balcony at sunset.

NB As our unit has become very popular, we will try and accommodate your requests for earlier check ins/late checkouts as much as possible.

This fully equipped apartment, on the 7th floor, is very spacious, clean and bright.High ceilings, air conditioned with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 balconies.Large open plan kitchen, dining, lounge room,separate laundry and great views of Perth to the North and North East. WiFi (ADSL 2 plus, unlimited usage),Netflix,Smart TV," Bose" sound box,board games and reading books.

Dining area........... table seats 6 comfortably. Buffet holds a "Bose"wifi sound unit. Also a compendium and brochures of tourist information.....you are very welcome to add to it.

The lounge room............. has a leather lounge suite (and tub chair) for 6 people comfortably. The entertainment unit, contains board games and a very large "Smart" TV with access to Netflix. Reading lamps/table and a coffee table.

Study area............ has a desk and office chair. Plus a desk lamp. In the drawer is a circuit breaker power board including USB outlets. The ends of the desk are book shelves with books that you might find interesting, with some of them having an Australian theme.

A storage room......... next to this area, holds a vacuum cleaner,broom,dustpan/broom and the clothes airer. Good quality iron and ironing board.

The kitchen......... has everything you need for cooking and dining, including a dishwasher,pantry,new oven,rice cooker and good quality cookware.Also basic essentials like glad wrap,coffee,tea,cooking oil,paper towel etc. (including vegemite :) )

The main (alfresco) balcony............. features a stylish outdoor setting for 6-8 guests with an electric BBQ for alfresco cooking. The protected balcony allows for use all year round. Winter time the winds are cool, but still pleasant to sit out during the day. (grab a blanket from the linen cupboard and snuggle up with a good book or friend :)) Absolutely wonderful the rest of the year, especially the warm balmy nights. Perth's Mediterranean climate is to die for.

The smaller balcony......... is an excellent area for drying your clothes. With the clothes airer provided.

The bedrooms.................. are separated from the open plan living area by a formal hall way, providing extra privacy and space. Both bedrooms have views of Perth, queen size beds and luxury linen, and the master bedroom has a walk in robe and en suite. Both have bedside tables and lamps and extra power boards. Second bedroom also has a large wardrobe with drawers and plenty of coat hangers.

Main bathroom.......... has a shower over the bath with a fold back glass screen. Lots of bench space and cupboards.
En suite....... has a shower and toilet, with adequate bench space and cupboards. Containing a good quality hair dryer.
Both bathrooms.......... have hotel style soaps, conditioner and shampoo.

There is also a separate toilet room.

Laundry................ is a separate room and contains a washing machine and dryer. Also lots of cleaning products/ items etc in the cupboards.NB Iron and ironing board are kept in the store room in the main living area.

Flooring....the main living area, entrance hall and hallway are covered with large cream marble tiles, then 2 large colourful rugs. The bedrooms are covered with timber flooring. The bathrooms, laundry and balconies have ceramic tiles on them.

Security ............ you are up 7 floors with no adjoining balconies. All doors to the balconies are lockable. The front door can be dead locked and a chain put across. There are only 4 units to a floor. Only access is via the lift. (there is a fire escape stair well). Swipe card access to the building via the lobby. Not required for the lift.
Flyscreens.........are on all windows and most doors.

The gardens....... are lush and green and there is a private pool (access with the swipe access card) open 6 am- 10 pm, has shaded areas, sun lounges, toilets and change rooms. Beach towels are provided in the linen cupboard of the apartment. The swimming pool water is not heated.

The apartment complex........ is well managed and cared for. Bin areas in the downstairs level of the carpark, are kept clean and the building is looked after with pride.

For those looking for something with substantial size, as well as a terrific outlook, City Towers apartment is the perfect location.

You are guaranteed to enjoy your stay, in this well maintained complex. Lovely apartment and friendly neighbourhood. With restaurants, cafes, parks, convenience stores and transport(free buses) only a few minutes away.
NB......... no one lives here on a permanent basis.

The address is 36/47 Forrest Av East Perth. Access via Goderich Street if driving.

To access the building you will need the Building Access Swipe Card. This card grants you full access to the apartment complex, access to all common areas of the building,swimming pool, undercover parking and grounds. There is also a security cage available for bigger items such as bikes should you need.... you will need a separate key(contact host Tracy).

A spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet location close to all Perth has to offer. The apartment is furnished with quality fittings and has a beautiful balcony overlooking Queen's Park and the Swan River. You are guaranteed to have an enjoyable stay at this location.

What a wonderful apartment. It had everything we required to make our stay enjoyable and more. Full kitchen, comfortable beds, Wifi, Netflix, secure car park the list goes on.. you will not be disappointed staying here.

We loved this apartment - great location, beautifully appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen (and the whole apartment). Great communication. Helen helped us straight away when we were unable to locate the garage (around the corner from front entrance!). The apartment is literally a 5 minute walk to the Perth Mint. If you are thinking of going there, don't drive as street parking expensive. All the sights, beaches and Swan Valley just a short drive away. Brighton Beach is especially lovely with a fantastic kiosk too - about 20 mins drive. We loved our stay here.

Very flexible. And they try to suit our time to check in and out. Fast reply. Easy to communicate. We loved their unit. Clean. Comfort. Feel home, is a must! And they are very friendly. We got a chance to meet them during check in. Tq helen & tracy.
