Dear Loi,
Let me first say that we are sorry you didn't like our house. Second, I think you should have read the listing more clearly before booking. It is an OLD house and old houses have problems. We do the best we can with what we have been granted. The house is cleaned throughly every day and recently repainted. Our cook/ cleaner did not do her job well and she has been replaced due to your feedback. I do have a hard time with this being aired on a public forum as it appears it will hurt future business. Since I am now out of the hospital and at the property, I will see to it that all corrections are addressed. Best of luck to you.

Chrystal and Eric are super nice hosts. Very friendly, helpful and nice to talk to. The house with a nice garden is super close to the beach and offers a high standard. Chill atmosphere, very quiet neighbourhood, 15min to Mombasa City Center.
I highly recommend to stay there!
