This is a nicely equipped hotel with decent style that unfortunately has a rodent issue with at least the front street facing rooms. We awoke to our snacks - which were in my bag and sealed - being rustled and chewed on by an rat. Thinking we had scared him off (haha) we passed out again to be woken once more to the same - only this time he dragged said snack to his nest inside the mattress and continued to eat no matter what we did. I left to move rooms and my wife reported he had been heard up on the desk (I took the key and this shuts the lights off in the room after a minute - my mistake) upon inspection he had in fact been inside her bag on the desk and chewed through her clothes. It would seem the rodent(s) are able to travel through the walls and enter the room by way of the hole behind the nightstand nearest the window on each floor's front street facing room. I thought it would be cute to take a replacement snack (of the same brand, how coincidental) to replace the one taken by the rat but they were going to charge me - somehow trying to communicate this was lost to the staff. Otherwise very helpful and changed our room immediately at 2am when we had the issue.
