Each part of our lovely property has a story to tell - from the reclaimed wood furniture, local artwork, unique design space, to our cherished recipes - we specifically crafted a Vietnam experience unlike an ordinary rental. As a guest here, you will enjoy the privacy of your own bungalow, but have the opportunity to stay with us as honored guests on our property. We welcome you to become our friends, learn our culture and join our Vietnamese way of life.
We chose not to have televisions on our property, but offer WiFi and many alternative ideas. You are welcome to borrow books, yoga mats or board games from us. You can also visit our local village to sample some cuisine, shop for clothes or visit Cua Dai beach.
While we sell beer in the minibar and at the restaurant, we do not offer liquor or wine, but you are welcome to purchase your own for consumption at your bungalow. However, we do charge a service fee of 5USD for any bottle opened in our restaurant.
We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.
We pride ourselves on conservation and a peaceful environment for all. We ask that guests respect noise levels, smoke outside in designated areas and conserve energy when possible.
We are five friends from Hanoi who are into culture, art, social development and want to manifest our idea of a utopia here in the lovely town of Hoi An. We come from different backgounds and have quite different characters but share the same interest in nature and self-improvement.
Thai, the only gentleman of the group, is nominated by us to be 'General Manager' for his organizational skills, yet he has to learn to deal with us four ladies. Thai used to be a soft Adventure Guide and Tour Developer. His dream is to kayak along the country coast and live in the wild at some point in time. If you like travelling, just ask him anything about Vietnam, he's always willing to help.
Mai, a modest, generous and warm friend, a real problem solver and the glue of us 5. She now lives here with her 8 year-old daughter, Chep. Chat with her for the wisdom in life.
Tam, goes among friends as Tiny Tam, has a keen interest in Buddhism and spends her free time to help with translating some Buddhism books into Vietnamese.
Hang, an IT solution marketing person transformed into DIY wizard. She experiments and makes all range of soap and cleaning solutions at An Villa. Make sure you ask for some Wing Chun martial art moves or her natural recipes if you meet here
Hai is our last addition to the group. She is now living in Hanoi but soon will be with us to start her upcycling art project at An villa. Check out Front shop from time to time for her creations.
