If you opt to eat out there are plenty of places to choose. Imperial Beach has a nice Cohn restaurant, Sea 180 just down the street with a great bar & outside dining with ocean views. Also many smaller places to eat. One of my favorites is Katy's Cafe. Wonderful breakfast sandwiches & coffee. Others on Seacoast Drive (beach street) are Coronado Brewing Company, IB Street Tacos, The Wave Cafe, Aroma Thai, Barrels, IB Forum & The Tin Fish (end of the pier). If you're craving Japanese, Meijo's is great on Palm Ave. For Mexican there is El Tapatio on Palm Ave. or El Cilantro on 13th St. (my favorite). Italian lovers you have Filippi's or Marco's, both on Palm Ave. For a little Hawaiian cuisine Big Kahuna's works. If you have a sweet tooth check out Babycakes on Seacoast. Their cupcakes are fabulous! Also check out Seaside Candy or Deb's Cookie Jar on Palm Ave.
Guests staying will have access to the 3rd story shared common sun deck with BBQ & view of the beach & pier. Enjoy cooking or just having a beverage of your choice while taking in the sunset. For 5 or more guests a reservation is required. There are 2 parking spots available.

My motto has always been: Do something in life that you love and success will always follow. That doesn't always mean financially, it may be just being content and successful in life. I owned a property management/real estate business for 25 years and was fortunate to meet wonderful people throughout my career. Recently semi-retired & busy starting this Airbnb adventure. I love walking my dog and helping my son with his business. Now that the renovations are done I hope to get back to yoga, movies, lunch/dinner out with friends, playing bunko and just enjoying life.
