Bella Vista Two Central is a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment, centrally located within walking distance to many of Kiama's retail shops and restaurants.
With a hop, skip and jump you are onto the main street in Kiama's boutique "West End". Just across the road from the Kiama Fair Shopping Centre and a short walk to the beach or the famous Kiama Blowhole, the location is the key at Bella Vista Two Central.
Featuring 2 bedrooms the master with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom with a double, this is perfect for couples looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bella Vista central also has a comfortable double sofa bed in the second lounge room so it can accommodate another couple, or if you are traveling as a family this property can accommodate up to 6 guest in comfort. Linen and towels are supplied.
You can enjoy some down time cooking a BBQ the rear courtyard.
In the lounge room you will find a smart TV, pedestal fans and WIFI are all provided complimentary for your comfort.
Bella Vista Two Central Kiama also has laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer available for guest use.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - HOLIDAY LETTING
Your Holiday Accommodation is provided in accordance with Kiama Council’s LEP Short Term Holiday Accommodation Control Plan which can be accessed at Chapter 12 of the following document(URL HIDDEN)
Please be aware that this property is monitored by Kiama Council Representatives, Kiama Residents and Neighbours of the property.
Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may lead to extensive fines for the property owner and loss of their right to Holiday Let their property. Please ensure you read and understand the Terms and Conditions before proceeding.
1. PARTIES & FUNCTIONS
Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. A breach of these conditions will result in immediate termination and eviction (no mater what time of day or night), without refund. Additional charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc will be deducted from your Bond. We do not accept bookings for Bucks Parties, Hens Nights, or Schoolies Groups.
Off Street parking is provided at many of our properties which we encourage you to use. In line with the Kiama Council LEP please do not obstruct driveways or restrict residents parking.
During your stay noise is be kept to a reasonable level, particularly after 10pm and before 9am. After 10pm noise that may be audible by neighbours is to cease.
Pets are not allowed at the Property under any circumstance, unless the property is specifically classified as Pet Friendly, and prior approval has been given.
Smoking is not permitted in the property under any circumstance. If you choose to smoke outside, cigarette butts are to be disposed of in bins provided.
6. LINEN AND TOWELS
As a minimum the following will be provided, Mattress Protectors on all beds, a Quilt in Cover and/or blanket/s for each bed, Pillows in Protectors, Bat Mat/s, and Tea Towel.
Where full linen and towels are provided, beds will be made. Bath towels, and hand towels will be provided.
Please ensure you check at the time of booking if Linen and Towels are provided.
7. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is not before 2pm on the arrival date unless prior arrangements have been made.
Check-out time is no later than 10am on your departure date unless prior arrangements have been made.
An early Check-In and late Check-Out may be available, however is subject to prior arrangements and availability. Extra charges may apply.
Keys are to be collected and returned to our office at 56 Terralong St Kiama, unless other instructions have been provided. Failure to return keys at the specified time may lead to additional charges.
8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Lessee must be 21 years of age or older.
You must comply with all applicable House Rules and all instructions from the Agent and the caretakers of the Property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the Property and our neighbours.
You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss at the Property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. The Agent may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at the Agent's discretion).
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided at the property, and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
BBQ’s are to be cleaned after every use and prior to your departure.
Extra cleaning charges and tip fees may be incurred if the above items are not attended to. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security bond and charged to your credit card or deducted from any cash deposit.
The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked and lights turned off. All keys must be returned to the Agent or as otherwise directed. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys will be provided at an additional charge of $20.00
9. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
In the event of any problem or complaint, you must inform the Agent at the earliest opportunity so the Agent has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
Failure to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of the Agent to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.
