Rent the entire house in the Jardin Bugambilas! This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Tulum Pueblo is the perfect place for a family or a group of friends traveling together. The bedrooms are totally separate and have king-sized beds and private bathrooms. Two have private balconies. Downstairs sleeps 4 and has a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor eating/relaxing space is a superb palapa with hammocks and plenty of space to just hang. And the gardens in Jardin Bugambilias encourage you to relax and enjoy one of the lesser known and truly authentic neighborhoods in the popular Tulum Pueblo.
Location is close to the main avenue of Tulum where you will find fantastic restaurants, shops, bars and street food. We are also an easy bike or drive to the fabulous Tulum Beach and Tulum Ruins. We can help you organize bike rentals as well. We are close to many great cenotes and guests receive a 15% discount on excursions with Acuatic Tulum, the owner's dive shop. Guests can walk to the ADO bus terminal for local and national buses.
A perfect option for people looking to travel together but maintain some privacy and personal space. Perfect for family reunions, people traveling for weddings or other events.
The owner lives on the property which is a shared oversized lot with 2 rental houses and 3 private rental rooms. The lot has beautiful gardens where the renters can meander respectfully to enjoy a private, natural environment.
We are on a shared lot and there are other renters close by. Therefor, respect is important and we do not allow late night parties. If you want parties, the Avenida Tulum has many great bars where you can meet like minded people.
We keep the front door always locked. That is for your safety and privacy as well as of the other guests.
You break it, you bought it. I charge a 100 usd security fee through airbnb which is returnable when you check out with the unit undamaged.
