A 1st floor 2-bedroom flat with living room and kitchen, private garage storage, parking space and private front(small) and rear gardens. This is my family home but will rent out occasionally when travelling abroad. A bedroom with a nice big comfy IKEA bed pus plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, also guests will use the kitchen and living room with a fireplace and dining area plus a working table suitable for laptops. suitable for up to 4 as the living room has a large comfy extendabe sofa.
Set in between Kew Gardens and Richmond, easy access to central London via Overground, District Lines, South-Western trains or bus. Closest train station is Kew Gardens - a 5-minute walk. A nice quiet neighborhood, the property is in a cul-de-sac so not much road noise, too.
Guests will have access to spaces upon demand - kitchen and bathroom by default(bathroom is shared, however when listing there will only be one person in the property and is a working professional, so would not interfere much), all shared areas.
Some tips may be offered with transport, shopping, places to see and things to do, etc.
This is my family home renting out when I'm away and either of us as a couple will be available to host you.
- As this is my home I expect any guests to treat it like their own during their stay. No smoking, no pets unless in the garden or garage, no loud noise as there are downstairs neighbors.
