The townhouse is separate from the main house, at the rear of the block. Hollywood Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital & Perth Childrens Hospital, UWA & Kings Park are all within 2-10 min walk away. Hampden Road is less than 500m away with cafes, deli & specialty shops. Close to bus/train. Ideal spot for work, holiday or retreat.
The Laneway townhouse is ideal for one or two travellers, with the capacity to accommodate two additional people if required. Children are welcome. A travel cot is available for an infant or toddler.
**NOTE Please include infants as a CHILD in your head count when you make your booking i.e. 2 adults and 1 infant must be recorded as 2 adults and 1 child.
The upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe. The room down stairs has a double sofa bed (suitable for sleeping 1 adult or 2 children). In addition a comfortable single temporary bed can be arranged.
Alternatively, the downstairs room can be used as a living/TV room or study. It has an ensuite toilet, desk and wardrobe.
The townhouse has been decorated & equipped with brand new furnishings and appliances. The residence has a private glass balcony on the second storey & a secluded courtyard below. Reverse cycle air conditioner/heater and ceiling fans for all year comfort.
The main bathroom is located upstairs. Shower-bath is fitted with a de-chlorinating filter on the shower head to purify water. Non-slip bath mat available. Laundry closet has a washer-dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
Fully equipped kitchen with gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. Electrical appliances include toaster, kettle and rice cooker. The kitchen also has a built in reverse osmosis water purifier.
The retractable washing line is discreetly positioned in the courtyard for easy access.
The garage is compact and suitable for a small to medium vehicle. However, the garage can be used as a car port by leaving the garage door open to accommodate longer vehicles. It is not possible to accomodate a caravan or trailer.
Travel cot (linen provided), high chair, childrens' crockery, toilet insert & 2 safety gates for staircase are all available upon request. Please let me know once you have made your booking whether you require the baby equipment.

The townhouse residence has a rear laneway entry with its own private courtyard & garage. The hosts live in the main house at the front of the block which is separated by a limestone wall from the townhouse.
Due to the prime location of this residence nearby street parking is limited and restricted. Parking for one vehicle only can be accommodated on the property in the lock up garage. The laneway is a public access way and it must be kept clear at all times.
Your privacy will be respected, however the host is available for any assistance as required.
*Chromecasts have been installed into each TV (1 upstairs & 1 downstairs) to allow you to watch media from your smart phone, tablet or laptop.
*Guests are welcome to use either of the 2 bicycles & helmets (upon request). Bike helmets are mandatory in Western Australia.
Please be respectful of the property leaving it clean & tidy
- Wash used dishes
- Empty all internal bins into 2 large bins outside; green bin for recycling & black bin for non-recyclables
- Be mindful of the surrounding neighbours' privacy
- Noise level to be kept at an acceptable level at all times
- A deduction from the security deposit will be requested by Airbnb only if damage other than wear & tear occurs
