Unit 1 is a contemporary 2 bedroom apartment with quality fittings and furnishings and reverse cycle air-conditioning in the open plan living and both bedrooms.
The unit complex is fully fenced and a secure, undercover carpark with remote control garage door is available for your use.
The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 people and is immaculately presented inside and out.
A modern kitchen adjoins an open plan living dining area and a rear deck which overlooks the manicured garden.
All of this is quietly located 200 metres of the Wynnum Manly Foreshore which overlooks Brisbane's glorious Moreton Bay and 500 metres of the Wynnum Shopping precinct.

The guest laundry appliances include a commercial size top loading washing machine and commercial dryer.
The fully tiled bathroom includes a separate walk-in shower.
The open plan living space includes a leather lounge and dining for 4 people.
The 2 bedrooms include 2 x Queens and built-in wardrobes.
Reverse cycle air-conditioning in the open plan living and both bedrooms for extra comfort all year round.
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy exclusively with your family and friends.
Secure, undercover carpark, for 1 car, with remote control garage door is yours to use.
The guest laundry is situated downstairs and is shared with one other unit.
Before arrival I will send you instructions to access your unit, key/remote and WiFi password for the complimentary WiFi.
I can be contacted at any time throughout your stay if necessary. Your host (Vivien) doesn't live at the apartments but is only a short distance away if needed.
Every Monday morning I am also available on site during our weekly cleans.

Complimentary weekly cleaning including fresh bedroom and bathroom linen is provided for stays of 10 days or greater.
Exit cleaning fees and bonds are also not chargeable.
Complimentary washing powder, dishwashing powder and dishwashing rinse is provided.
A complimentary portable cot and high chair are also available upon request.
- The property is let for Short Term Accommodation purposes only. No more than 4 people are permitted to stay overnight at the property and the number of guests must be confirmed upon arrival. Functions, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Any unnecessary disruptions and noise caused by guests to surrounding neighbours will not be tolerated
