I stayed at Lucia's mother's home for about a week during an international conference at Palacio de Congresos, Granada. Conference center is really close by and is just a few mins walk. The old town is also close (around a km) and with walkable distance.
The home is a two floored building where Lucia's mom stays on ground floor and I stayed on the top. Though I couldn't lock my room or my belongings, I think they rent it only for one party at a time (so the whole first floor will be for you) and I felt the hosts sincerely respected my privacy.
The rooms were very clean tidy and overall very beautiful.
Lucia's mom was also very kind and generous to offer me help with getting my clothes washed.
I couldn't talk a word properly with Lucia's mom as I know no Spanish and she knew no English. But still when I used to see her, I felt like being home standing beside my own mother. She is a such very sweet lady.
Overall I would definitely recommend to others and will also chose to stay at Lucia's place the next time i visit Granada.
