Beautiful and cosy Victorian one-bedroom garden flat with private entrance in a vibrant and diverse area. 5-minutes to Northern Line tube, and a short walk from all the great pubs & restaurants Tooting has to offer.
Short distance from Wimbledon Tennis (direct bus, or 10-15 min cab ride).
The flat is a tastefully decorated and well maintained Victorian maisonette, with original features such as wooden flooring, king-size bedroom, and a sofa bed with a super comfortable pocket-sprung mattress in the living room.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need whether you're eating out every night or planning to cook yourself, as well as a Nespresso machine with a supply of pods, and a washer-dryer and an extending dining table.
The flat has full central heating throughout, with Nest smart thermostat.
You'll also have access to 100mb internet (wifi), as well as a 40" TV with cable, Chromecast, and Roku media players including Netflix + Amazon Prime TV.
Access to the entire flat, just be aware that this is my home and not a dedicated Airbnb property, so please be respectful of the space and my possessions. Otherwise feel free to treat the place as your own!
Depending on when your stay is I may be elsewhere in London, the UK, or possibly on the other side of the world completely, however I will always be available by telephone and email and have local help on hand to assist with any issues.
I'm always happy to recommend stuff to do, places to eat and drink, both in the local area and throughout the city.
Street parking is free on Saturdays & Sundays. If you're looking to park a car during the week please give me advance notice and I can arrange for visitor permits at an additional cost of £4.00 per day - please note that parking is first-come-first-served, there are no reserved spaces.
- There are neighbouring flats above, and on both sides. Please be respectful of them at all times. Keep music/tv at acceptable levels, avoid slamming doors - all the usual stuff a good neighbour would expect!
- Absolutely no smoking inside the flat, please use the garden.
I live and work in London, writing software and making products to get people in to some of the world's biggest concerts (and many tiny ones). I get to solve interesting problems, make awesome stuff for some well known artists, and occasionally travel to fun places.
