The place is clean and the location is good. If you will not interact much with the host, I feel alright to stay for a few days. Nothing more. The host is a ridiculously obstinate and rigid person. For that reason, the place is clean. Using his logic, he would ask a tenant to compensate for a table if the tenant spills some water on the table because he wants to be a ‘super host’ and would immediately file a complaint too. If the problem was brought up shortly after the check-out, it would sound more reasonable but I was only contacted about the problem hours later. The host is a person who is a stickler for the rules and declined my request to leave my luggage until my school ends on the same day and therefore would never have let the matter go and would have informed me of anything problems before I left. The host had an ample time before checkout time to check out my small room. If the problem was as bad as he stated, he would have spotted the problem. I truly and strongly believe the host was trying to exploit and take advantage of me simply because it's my first time doing Airbnb and has no reputation to defend myself. The host is generally is an ok person but if you stay with him for a long time, chances are problems will arise. I believe the positive reviews he received were mostly from tourist with relatively short 2/3 days...

Location is perfect! Kenta is great host. Room was small but big enough to store all my luggage. The only drawback is 8 am check out but overall it is really good place. I will probably stay again late July.

Kenta is the warmest and kindest Airbnb host I have ever met. From picking me up from the place I get lost and walk me to his place, to answering all kind of questions, bought pill and water when I sick. The apartment was very clean and next to the subway. The room is small but way worth the price. Really want to thank you for everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:)

Excellent location for the price! Short walk to Harajuku and Shinjuku. The room was small and doesn't have windows, but there is a lot of space for storage. All the shared areas were very clean.Kenta was a very kind and accommodating host. I would definitely stay again!
